AY-K3900 is a full-automatic multi-function imaging system integrating gel imaging, chemiluminescence and bioluminescence imaging, equipped with a white light transmission plate, which is used for the detection and analysis of digital images of protein and DNA samples in gel and membrane. The detection range includes: chemiluminescence, fluorescence (ultraviolet, red, green, blue) and white light imaging.

The chemiluminescence imaging system is suitable for chemiluminescence, multicolor fluorescence detection and ordinary gel detection. It uses high-resolution and low-illuminance imported refrigerated CCD, combined with a high-quality large-aperture motorized lens, which can capture extremely weak fluorescence and chemiluminescence signals. The system features a deep cooling CCD, which eliminates background noise to a large extent. It has a variety of optional fluorescent light sources and multiple motorized filter wheels to meet various experimental needs.

Nucleic acid detection:

Ethidium bromide, SYBR Gold, SYBR Green, SYBR Safe, GelStar, Fluorescein, Texas Red labeled DNA/RNA detection.

Protein detection:

Coomassie brilliant blue glue, silver stain glue, Sypro Red, Sypro Orange, Pro-Q Diamond, Deep Purple labeling.
