Do you provide samples?
Yes, we can supply samples for free, but delivery charges are covered by the customer. Providing an International Express Account for freight collect is appreciated.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1 metric ton for each model, or please contact us for specific strip light order requirements.
How do you handle mold fees?
In cases where a new mold is required for your profiles, the mold fee will be refunded once the order quantity reaches a specific agreed-upon amount.

What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment term is a 30% T/T deposit followed by the remaining 70% T/T balance before loading the container.
What is the difference between theoretical and actual weight?
Actual weight includes all packaging. Theoretical weight is calculated based on the technical drawings (weight per meter multiplied by the total length).
